We are a peer mentoring group of fellows and junior faculty from the Departments of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Nursing who do health services and/or translational research on critical illness and its sequelae.
Our Mission
To support and promote the research and career development of University of Michigan Early Career Professionals who research critical illness by:
- providing constructive feedback on presentations, manuscripts, and grant applications, as well as early, evolving ideas.
- sharing effective strategies for career development, networking, and work-life balance.
- helping members set and achieve realistic short- and long-term research goals.
By doing this, we will grow U-M’s infrastructure for critical care research and advance the treatment of critically ill patients.
