Biography

Dr. Pinsky is a Professor of Diagnostic Radiology subspecializing in Breast Imaging. She earned her medical degree from the Icahn/Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. She completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at New York Medical College including serving as chief resident for the program. She completed fellowship training at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. After 12 years of practice in a women’s imaging radiology group on the upper East side of Manhattan, she was recruited to the University of Michigan in 2003 in both Ultrasound and Breast Imaging. Since 2008, she has dedicated her professional life to Breast Imaging at the University of Michigan, where she also heads the Interventional Breast service and medical student education in breast imaging. She has published multiple peer-reviewed papers and has served on internal, regional, and national professional committees.
