The “Case of the Week” (COW) is a project designed for first and second year U-M medical students to explore radiology as they pass through their basic science classes. They are a weekly series of clinical-based vignettes showing how radiology is essential to medical diagnosis and treatment.
The topics covered will parallel students’ basic science topics. Radiological modalities including radiography, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and MRI will be introduced in an informative, interactive manner to have fun maximize and learning benefit. Information contained in the cases will not be part of student examinations.
