About Me:
I grew up in Chicago, IL and completed my undergraduate education at Kalamazoo College where I majored in Biology with a concentration in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Before attending medical school, I spent a year working as a behavior technician and providing ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. This is where I first discovered my passion for working with kids! Then, I went on to complete my medical education at Western Michigan University. Outside of medicine, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, dancing, and receiving cuddles from my cat!
Why Michigan?
I chose University of Michigan for the vast training, exceptional faculty, and diverse patients that I would be caring for in Ann Arbor. The hospital cares for complex and high acuity patients making CS Mott an amazing place to train! Additionally, Ann Arbor is a beautiful town near my friends, with amazing food and outdoor activities!
