- Make nominations to intramural and extramural career development programs
- Provide guidance on appropriate programs
- Faculty Recognition
- Make nominations to intramural and national award programs
- Promote faculty accomplishments in research, education, and clinical care
- Departmental Website development and social media presence with the Department of Communication
- Assessment
- Conduct and Analyze Annual Department Faculty Satisfaction Survey
- Participate in Faculty Assessments in Coordination with Faculty Affairs
