Mental Health Advocate

Spencer Walz is a longtime advocate for mental health and wellbeing. Having lived with anxiety for most of his life, Spencer understands that storytelling is at the heart of changing attitudes about mental health. He is a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness volunteer community and holds a bachelor’s in public health from the University of Michigan. Spencer currently works in real estate and enjoys adventuring with his wife Emma and dog Ruby.
