Biography
Dr. Jeffery S. Montgomery's clinical interests include the diagnosis and treatment of all urologic malignancies, including prostate, kidney, bladder, penile and testicular cancers. With his advanced training in urologic oncology and minimally invasive surgical techniques, such as robotic, laparoscopic and complex open surgery, he is able to deliver state-of-the-art care to his patients. Dr. Montgomery's primary research interests include cost-effectiveness and health-related quality of life analyses, as well as novel applications of minimally-invasive surgical techniques in the field of urologic oncology. Dr. Montgomery is a Michigan native and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He then went on to complete his medical education at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons before finishing his Urology residency at the University of Michigan. He completed his urologic oncology fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
