Leah Lukasik, MD

Dr. Lukasik attended medical school at the University of Michigan. She completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Michigan Medicine in 2018 as chief resident. She subsequently joined Chelsea Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation where she served as the Site Medical Director. Dr. Lukasik specializes in the management of Spine and Musculoskeletal conditions, addressing a patient's physical and emotional needs utilizing a multidisciplinary approach and evidence-based treatments. She has expertise in ultrasound-guided injections, Botox for chronic migraines, and treatment of injuries and osteoarthritis. Dr. Lukasik is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
