Why did you choose Michigan's residency program?
I wanted to train at an institution with a strong collaborative culture as well as multiple opportunities for growth in clinical, administrative, and academic areas. Michigan Medicine’s reputation and strong residency program really appealed to me, as did the opportunity to get an MBA at Ross School of Business. I was ultimately drawn to the supportive team culture that I noticed among the staff and residents. Plus, having family in the area is a nice bonus!
