Why did you choose Michigan's residency program? As someone who was interested in Psych programs, I was looking for excellence in PGY1 and 2 to assure a strong foundation to practice in a specialty environment later in my career. I also appreciated the ability to precept learners in and out of the classroom, and early commitment was a huge plus!
