2024 Forum

We are thrilled to invite the University of Michigan Medical School community to join the Department of Emergency Medicine for the Ninth Annual Barsan Research Forum in-person on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024 from 8:00am-2:30pm. This year’s event will be held at NCRC, Building 18, Rm G201 Dining Hall.

The forum honors our department's inaugural chair, Dr. William G. Barsan, and serves as a platform to highlight the spectrum of research undertaken within our department. It is a celebration of department research, other scholarly activities, and a chance to gain better understanding of the impact and full spectrum of U-M EM research. This year's program will feature two keynote speakers, John Vozenilek, MD and Jonathan Handler, MD.
