Myeloid-specific activation of IL4Rα signaling could offer protective benefits myocardial infarction

Richard Mortensen (Professor of Molecular & Integrative Physiology) and collaborators recently discovered that signaling in macrophages that is important for suppressing inflammation and healing the heart after myocardial infarction.

This findings has published online in American Journal of Physiology – Heart and Circulatory Physiology.
