Biography
Michael Suhr has worked in multiple roles, including healthcare and insurance roles supporting supply chain, local hospital and health plan finance teams, and corporate FP&A. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wayne State University, a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael also volunteers his time in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and is an active volunteer at Corewell Health Hospital in Troy, MI.
Mike notes: I have a beautiful family. I have a Wife, a 6-year-old daughter, 10-month-old son, two dogs, and one cat. In the summertime we try to spend as much time as we can in northern Michigan near Traverse City. Life is busy but very good.

My research and scholarly interests include machine learning/algorithms, the use of biodata to develop more precise treatments and therapies, creating better visualization of data, the ethics around the LHS, and how the current financing structure impacts medicine and the LHS.
