Biography
Gan Shi s a PhD student in Health Infrastructures and Learning Systems. He received his B.S. in Public Health and M.S. in Health Sciences Informatics at the University of Washington and Johns Hopkins University. Gan served as a research associate at Johns Hopkins University. Before joining the HILS program, he had industrial experience in management consulting and real-world studies partnered with top pharmaceutical companies. He is enchanted by the possible interactions in the jointed area of data and health care -- particularly, how implementations in practical scenes can improve access to and quality of care.
