Prechter Bipolar Research Program on the show to talk about skills to help those diagnosed with bipolar disorder learn self-management techniques, which allows them to effectively manage their illness. Erica and I talk about things like triggers, stigma, the differences between Bipolar 1 & 2, understand your warning signs, and development of a personal care plan.
