Paper on recognition of depression in bipolar disorder selected for presentation at Interspeech

The Prechter team's paper "Recognition of depression in bipolar disorder: leveraging cohort and person-specific knowledge" has been selected for a presentation at Interspeech 2016

Interspeech is an annual conference that brings together two previous series of biennial international conferences: EUROSPEECH, the European Conference on Speech Communication and Technology, and ICSLP, the International Conference on Spoken Language Processing. Since 2000, both conferences have been under the common label Interspeech.

Interspeech 2016 will be organized around the topic: "Understanding Speech Processing in Humans and Machines." The event will be held in the Hyatt Regency San Francisco hotel in San Francisco, California. Interspeech 2016 emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach covering all aspects of speech science and technology spanning basic theories to applications. In addition to regular oral and poster sessions, the conference will also feature plenary talks by internationally renowned experts, tutorials, special sessions, show & tell sessions, and exhibits.

Our team's presentation will take place on Saturday, 09/10 and 10am.
