Biography
My name is Josh, and I have been working as a Statistician Intermediate at the Center for Healthcare Outcomes and Policy (CHOP) since June 2023. I obtained my BS in Statistics from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Throughout my professional experience, I have focused on providing support for data, programming, and quantitative aspects for academic research studies. These include contributing to social science and medical research projects during and briefly after my undergraduate studies at UM, and more recently, domestic and international tobacco control projects at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. For data wrangling and analysis, my primary programming language is R, while I use Python for other purposes.
