The CHOP Fellow Launch Team Program is an intentional, longitudinal, multifaceted-program designed to create a novel, team-based approach to the mentorship and development of health services research fellows within the Center for Healthcare Outcomes and Policy. Launch teams are a group of mentors identified as having similar research interests as trainees or content experts (e.g. implementation science, qualitative research expertise, etc.) in areas which trainees seek to develop their skill set. Launch teams meet once every 3-4 months to review mentee progress and provide them with any additional support or guidance they need to reach their goals. Administrative support for the program is provided by CHOP.
