Dr. Sen’s research focuses on the interactions between genes and the environment and their effect on stress, anxiety, and depression. He has an ongoing collaboration through the Michigan Medicine-Peking University Health Science Center Joint Institute to explore the genomic and environmental drivers of depression among physicians in training in China and the US.
