KHRI Founders Day and Schacht Lecture

Hosted by the KHRI, Founders Day allows fellows and graduate students to present their research. The accompanying Schacht Lecture features Maggie S. Matern, Ph.D. (Stanford), who will present "Studying hair cell development in otic organoids using scRNA-seq."

The Schacht Lectureship is specifically intended for promising investigators in the early stages of their careers at the senior postdoctoral or junior faculty level. The purpose is to encourage rising investigators and allow them to create new contacts, collaborations, and mentor relationships.
