Sheridan Mikhail

Biography

Sheridan graduated with a B.S in Biology and Economics from Baylor University in 2022. During her time at Baylor, Sheridan worked in the lab of Joseph Taube, where she researched the regulatory mechanisms that control the epithelial to mesenchymal transition of breast cancer cells.

Research Interest

Targeting CLEC16A domains for treatment of type 1 diabetes.

Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, histology, RNAScope

Hobbies

Outside of the lab, Sheridan enjoys trying new restaurants, baking and thrifting.
