Biography
Maedeh Veyseh is a current fellow in the University of Michigan rheumatology program. She completed her residency in the Bronx, and that experience as well as being on immigrant herself, has profoundly influenced her perspective on healthcare equity. She plans to contribute to the advancement of rheumatology while advocating for inclusivity and equitable healthcare practices. In the future, Maedeh Plans to stay on as rheumatology faculty at University of Michigan to help advocate for diverse communities and ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, receives quality care.
