Biography
Amarah J. Dawkins-Powell is a senior biology student with a concentration in pre-med and osteopathic medicine at Oakwood University. After graduation, Amarah plans to attend a MD/PhD program and specialize primarily in obstetric anesthesiology or neurosurgical anesthesiology. Amarah’s long-term goal is to participate in intensive and innovative educational research that will help cultivate her level of medicinal and healthcare knowledge so that she is able to open her own private research/health clinic for all individuals to benefit from.
