CSC Featured in Michigan Medicine Headlines

The Michigan Medicine Leadership team was the first to tour the new Clinical Simulation Center in Med Sci II in early December to see the five inpatient rooms that replicate rooms in University Hospital, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital, along with the various hi-fidelity adult, child and obstetric manikins.

Two New Articles in "Surgery" Feature CSC/DLHS Faculty

In the journal, Surgery , Deborah Rooney, PhD, James Cooke MD and F. Jacob Seagull, PhD contribute a new article on choosing clinical simulators. Cooke and Rooney are also authors on another Surgery article examining simulation best practices in accredited institutions.

iSim Gets New OB Ultrasound Model

Generous donations from alumni and friends of the U-M Clinical Simulation Center (CSC) fund a new Obstetrics Ultrasound model for its Independent Simulation space, iSim.

CSC Debuts New Independent Simulation Center (iSim)

The new iSim space, available 24 hours a day, is the answer to students, staff and faculty who need to use the CSC simulation stations but can't always schedule a visit during regular hours.
