The Palestinian Empowerment Foundation, composed of a group of students at University of Michigan Medical School, stands in solidarity with Palestine and is dedicated to promoting the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, spreading awareness about Palestine, and raising funds to uplift Palestinian students through the power of education. We are raising funds to help Palestinian students continue their higher education but are impeded in doing so due to tuition costs. We are focusing our efforts on helping students at Birzeit University, a local Palestinian University located in the West Bank in a town near Ramallah.
