Anna Laucis, MD, MPhil (House Officer) and Kelly Paradis, PhD (Associate Professor and Associate Chair for Equity & Wellness) received one of the inaugural Workplace Wellbeing Grants from from the Michigan Medicine Wellness Office. The grant will be used to fund four professional development seminars for our physician and physics residents over the next year. The first seminar was delivered by Michelle Bayer, an expert in employment and healthcare law, and focused on the topic of contract negotiation.
