Biography
Dr. Shruti Mishra is a tenure-track Assistant Professor within the Division of Neuroradiology, Department of Radiology who joined the faculty at University of Michigan in 2023. She received her medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis and completed Diagnostic Radiology residency at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where she was in the Clinician Scientist Research Program. She completed a Neuroradiology fellowship at University of Michigan. She is a previous recipient of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Medical Student and Resident Research Grants and a previous recipient of the Roentgen Resident Research Award.
Her current research interests include validation of low-field MRI in neuroimaging and translation of novel quantitative imaging biomarkers for brain health in aging, dementia and metabolic disorders. She is an active member of the Michigan Institute of Imaging Technology and Translation (MIITT) and a current participant in the Leaders Initiative Program within the Michigan Alzheimer Disease Research Center (MADRC) Neuroimaging Core.
