Biography
Daniel J. Wale, DO is a nuclear medicine subspecialty trained radiologist. Dr. Wale earned his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Garden City Hospital as part of the Michigan State University Radiology Consortium. He completed his nuclear medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and in nuclear medicine.
Dr. Wale’s areas of clinical interest include oncologic PET/CT imaging. He is the Chief of Nuclear Medicine at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. He is an active educator and participates in radiology and nuclear medicine education at Michigan Medicine. He has presented at national meetings focusing on continuing physician education. His publications and meeting abstracts have a primary focus on nuclear medicine education.
