Valerie Micol, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Micol received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2022. Dr. Micol has a passion for working clinically with adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders, chronic suicidal ideation, and self-harm behaviors. Her research focuses broadly on suicide prevention for high-risk youth as well as supportive interventions for these youth and their caregivers. Dr. Micol's work also involves the development and implementation of adaptive and mobile interventions for this population.
