Biography
I chose the UofM psychiatry residency program because it is an excellent one with world-class faculty which offers extensive clinical experiences in psychiatry. I also found Ann Arbor to be an extremely pleasant city with a pace one can easily adapt to. I enjoy soccer (#COYG!!), listening to music, and reading.
Areas of Interest
- Use of telepsychiatry to bridge the mental health treatment gap especially in low resource settings
- Mental health systems improvement
- Rational application of psychopharmacological interventions
