My name is Adeline, and I was born in Ft. Irwin, California. I recently graduated from Michigan State University with my bachelor's in psychology.
What interests you about the ABCD Study/research?
I am interested in researching resilience and lifespan development, particularly as it relates to adverse childhood experiences and trauma broadly.
How long have you worked in the department and what does your work focus on / what area do you work in?
I am new to the department this year. My work on this study typically consists of 6-year and 7-year youth visits as a research assistant.
What are your plans after ABCD (grad school, etc.)?
A fun fact about myself is I have been a lifeguard for five years. I enjoy reading, crocheting, and painting in my free time.
What’s your favorite food or restaurant?
I have two cats. A calico named Toad and a black longhair named Hades.

My favorite food is the mac and cheese from Beggar’s Banquet in East Lansing, MI.
