Biography

Dr. John Yarjanian is currently the Clinical Spine Program Director, the Interventional Spine Fellowship Program Director, and an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Michigan Medicine Health.

After finishing his undergraduate degree at Wayne State University, Dr. Yarjanian attended medical school at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, completed his internship at Garden City Hospital, then a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Wayne State University in 2003, and completed a fellowship in pain management at the University of Michigan Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  His interests include interventional spine management and non-opioid management of pain.
