Why did you choose Michigan's residency program? During my interview, Michigan's program really stood out one that would push my boundaries and provide me with a strong clinical foundation in hematology and oncology. The opportunity to work with a variety of leaders and innovators in the heme/onc space coupled with a genuine and inviting preceptor group really sold me on the program.

Advice for future residents: Be the best advocate for yourself! It isn't easy at first, but it is a necessary skill to learn for residency
