Jason Phan, PharmD

PGY2 Pain Management / Palliative Care Resident

Hometown: Adrian, MI

Pharmacy School: University of Michigan

Why did you choose Michigan's residency program: Between the unmatched exposure to different patient populations and complex conditions, and the innovative new services (Addiction Consult, Pain Pharmacy, etc.) consistently being implemented to advance pharmacy practice, Michigan Medicine was always at the top of my list for things I wanted in a residency program. Ultimately, though, it was the people comprising the department and program who I could learn from that led me to apply.
