Biography

Hometown: Walled Lake, MI

Pharmacy School: The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy

Why did you choose Michigan's residency program? Michigan Medicine has an advanced pharmacy practice model and offers robust clinical rotations. As an HSPAL resident, it was important to me to have a strong clinical background during this first year. Additionally, being at a large academic medical center provides opportunities to learn in every setting of pharmacy I could imagine. Lastly, each preceptor and leader I met with during my interview day was excited to discuss what Michigan has to offer and I knew that I would be supported during residency and have a strong network of mentors to lean on. Since starting residency, all of these things I observed during recruitment have exceeded my expectations!
