About Me:
Hello, I’m Erika! I am from Rochester, MI, and attended the University of Michigan for my undergraduate education - I am so excited to be back! For medical school, I stayed local and attended Wayne State University, where my passion for pediatrics continued to grow. I enjoyed caring for the Detroit population and being involved in the community through outreach opportunities! In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball with friends, exploring new cafes, and chilling with my cats at home. I also love being outdoors, hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter!
Why I chose Michigan:
I chose Michigan because of the amazing faculty I have gotten to work with throughout my undergrad and medical school journey, who also made my interview day feel so welcoming! Michigan Medicine is exceptional in all aspects of patient care, and Ann Arbor is such a fun city to live in!
