Areas of Interest

My interests in neurology are broad with an emphasis on Parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis. I particularly enjoy teaching.  Patients and residents have observed that I evaluate and consider the ‘Whole’ patient to a greater degree than many specialists. This is purposeful as I have often found that aspects of patients other medical issues and non-medical aspects of their lives contribute to their illnesses.  I have research interests in the interplay between neurology and psychiatry.
