Biography
Dr. Becker is a vascular neurologist and clinical researcher interested in social determinants of health. He earned a BS in psychology and an MA in Cognitive Science from James Madison University before attending medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his neurology residency and vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Michigan, followed by an NIH StrokeNet fellowship. His research is focused on the impacts of poverty on stroke.
