Gretchen Piatt was recently chosen to receive the SSD Student Advisory Board: Adam Miller Memorial Faculty and Staff Appreciation Award.
She was nominated by Health Infrastructure and Learning Systems (HILS) PhD candidate, Rama Mwenesi. The award is in memory of U-M alum Adam Miller and recognizes a faculty or staff member who has made an "outstanding contribution to the life of a student(s) with a disability at the University of Michigan."
Because of COVID-19 considerations the James T. Neubacher Award Ceremony will be virtual on October 29, 2020 at 2:30pm. Piatt will receive a plaque and a $500 monetary award.
