Biography

Kenton Mack is a Medical Sales Representative for Abbott Laboratories. He completed his BS in Biology with a minor in Business Administration at Northern Michigan University, where he also played basketball for 4 years. Kenton is the founder of the nonprofit organization, Athletes Igniting Action, as well as the greeting card company, AOK Greetings. He is interested in learning how the LHS model can be used to improve the interoperability of EHR data to minimize preventable medical errors, as well as how the implementation of evidence-based algorithms can improve quality indicators in the primary care space. Kenton has a vested interest in social determinants of health and the health disparities that exist in the black community. He hopes to learn how the LHS can improve the delivery, quality, and accessibility of healthcare for this underserved and underrepresented population.
