Areas of Interest

We use molecular and computational tools to address fundamental questions in genome biology, evolution, and disease. We explore genome variation across multiple time scales — among primates, dogs and wolves, and the individual somatic cells in an organism. We are an interdisciplinary team that works with experts in genome sequencing and analysis, bioinformatics, molecular biology, virology, neurology, and population genetics.
