To improve outcomes of Pediatric Cancers in resource poor countries by: 1) Empowering Local Champions design and adopt clinical treatment protocols, which are feasible in their settings and in their patient population; and 2) Improving infrastructure for clinical research including creating database, improving nursing, pharmacy and other supportive care services.
