Biography
Hi Everyone! My name is Meredith and I grew up throughout the Midwest, Northeast and overseas. I went to Haverford College in Pennsylvania for undergrad, where I studied biology. My first job was at a state health department where I worked on local and international quality of care issues for three years-sparking my love of public health! I pursued a MPH in health, management and policy at University of Michigan and then moved to Chicago, where I worked to support hospitals reduce patient readmissions and improve safety. I was then drawn to pursue my medical degree from the University of Illinois and am so happy to return to the U-M for residency! I'm very excited to become part of this community and to have the opportunity to learn from my patients, fellow residents, and faculty on how we can deliver the best health care to all those who need it. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, exploring the outdoors, gardening, and volunteering. So grateful to work, live, and learn here at U-M!
