Kristen A. McElreath, M.D.

Hello! My name is Kristen McElreath. I am a true Michigander- born and raised in Rochester, Mich.. I attended the University of Michigan for undergrad where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. After working for a few years, I moved to Philadelphia to complete a Post-Bacc at the University of Pennsylvania. I couldn't stay away from the Mitten State for too long, so I moved home to attend Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, completing clinical rotations in Flint, Mich.

I am so excited to be back at U-M! I was drawn to the program's mix of both academic and community-based medicine. One great part of the U-M Family Medicine Residency Program is being surrounded by amazing people who share my interest and dedication to family medicine.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading and exploring bookstores, spending time Up North, and hanging with my pets.
