Biography

Dr. Serlin earned his undergraduate degree with High Honors in Classical Studies and Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan (1996). He is a graduate of the Northwestern University Medical School (2000), and completed his family practice residency at the University of Michigan (2003), where he was co-chief resident. His clinical interests are obstetrics, medical procedures including vasectomy, and preventive health. He is the associate chair for clinical programs. He enjoys movies, travel, basketball and volleyball, and University of Michigan Football and other sports, and speaks fluent Spanish. He sees patients at Briarwood Family Medicine →
