Aisha Jamal, M.D.

I'm originally from Indiana, but spent many formative years in Maryland before moving to Texas prior to starting undergrad at the Pennsylvania State University. I received my B.A. in Film-Video in 2011 from Penn State, then completed a post-bac at the University of Kentucky in Animal Sciences, where I also attended medical school. I was drawn to family medicine as a field that has the potential to do the most good. Additionally, I find it encompasses my varied interests and allows me to practice medicine without becoming too specialized. Michigan Medicine has an unparalleled reputation and I'm so excited and humbled to be continuing my training here!
