He spoke about the amount of therapy that should be given to a geriatric patient and how the outcomes are generally not good even with a large amount of therapy. Dr. Fries quotes: "It can be difficult to anticipate when to reduce therapy. However, after ultrahigh therapy, a large number of people are ending up in hospice and that's not a good outcome.
