Research Interests
While at UM I developed and extended a vaccine prediction web application created by Dr. Yongqunh He. Rather than applying alignment-based and filter-like vaccine candidate prediction, I worked with Dr. Yongqunh He to implement a sequence-based machine learning approach to better predict vaccine candidates.
